AroundUz is a digital marketplace that connects travelers with independent local guides and travel agencies. AroundUz does not own, operate, manage, or control any tours, transportation, accommodations, or activities.

All guides and travel agencies on AroundUz are independent service providers. They are solely responsible for:

• Tour planning and execution
• Safety and compliance with local laws
• Pricing and service quality
• Insurance (if applicable)

AroundUz does not supervise or guarantee the services provided.

All bookings, pricing, and payment arrangements are made directly between the traveler and the guide or agency. AroundUz:

• Does not process payments
• Does not hold funds
• Is not responsible for refunds, disputes, or financial transactions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AroundUz shall not be liable for any:

• Injury, illness, death, or accident
• Loss, theft, or damage of property
• Delays, cancellations, or service failures
• Misconduct or negligence of guides or agencies

All risks associated with tours are assumed by the traveler and service provider.

• AroundUz does not provide insurance coverage
• Guides and agencies are responsible for arranging their own insurance where required
• Travelers are strongly advised to obtain personal travel insurance

Travelers agree to:

• Verify details before confirming any service
• Follow local laws and cultural norms
• Communicate clearly with service providers
• Accept responsibility for personal safety decisions

Partners agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Operate legally within their jurisdiction
• Ensure safety and professionalism
• Respect local culture and international standards

Any disputes arising from services must be resolved directly between the traveler and the guide/agency. AroundUz may assist in communication but has no legal obligation to intervene.

Using AroundUz does not create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship between AroundUz and any guide, agency, or traveler.

Users must not:

• Upload misleading or false content
• Share inappropriate or offensive material
• Violate laws or cultural standards

AroundUz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice if Terms are violated.

AroundUz is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control (natural disasters, government actions, etc.).

In no event shall AroundUz be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

AroundUz may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uzbekistan.
